As factory Agents and Distributors we are able to offer to our clients the Industry's best products, highest quality at wholesale prices direct from the manufacturer with no middle person or dealer.

The Quotation

The products and services we offer will be quoted to you once you have provided us with the details of what you are interested in purchasing.

In order for us to prepare a quote, we will need the following information:

  • name
  • organization
  • address, zip
  • phone, fax, email address
  • model number, description, mounting method, color or size, quantity
  • shipping and delivery information, name of person to sign and phone
  • manufacturer name and full product description

Once this has been received, we will generate a quotation to you.

The Signed Order

On the quotation form is a place to accept and authorize the order which then becomes the order agreement for your transaction with your signature. Please fax this back to us at 954-925-9922 and we will acknowledge receipt of your order.

Terms and Payment

We accept MASTER CARD, VISA and AMERICAN EXPRESS. Request a credit card approval form to be sent to you to execute when paying by Credit Card. There will be a 2% Processing and Administrative charge added for all credit card payments.

Terms of sale are 50% deposit with order, balance prior to shipping from our factory. On orders under $1,000.00, payment in full must accompany the order or you  may use the credit card method.

Acknowledgement and Delivery Information

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order acknowledgement with an expected shipping date that the factory has provided us with. Please note this is a "guesstimate" based on availability of raw materials and workload at the factory at time of order. The actual date may vary. We will keep you advised through our Customer Service Department of actual shipping from the factory and when to expect the delivery.

Receiving Your Order

The details of receiving your shipment is important to make sure that you receive the correct merchandise and it arrives in good condition. Should the order be large and require mechanical equipment for offloading, we will discuss this with you prior to setting up the delivery. We will be sending out a form letter that covers possible damages, shortages in shipment and how to handle your delivery

Within the six state Southeast region, we offer installation services. We are sorry that we cannot offer this on a Nationwide and Worldwide basis. We will, however, assist anyone that you have arranged installation with as to the process or procedures in their making a successful installation for you.
